• Movement is my medicine, and I believe that with consistency and self-care, we can transform not just our bodies, but our minds. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about small steps, stacked habits, and building a routine that supports a vibrant, healthy life.

With a background in education, my journey began working with children, which inspired me to create Flying Yogis, a yoga program for little ones. As a young mum navigating mental health challenges, I discovered yoga as the antidote to overwhelm. It taught me that survival isn't enough—we're here to thrive. By investing in our health daily, we become stronger, more confident, and powerful role models for our children.

I’m passionate about combining yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, strength training, and breathwork to create inclusive, personalized sessions. From injury recovery to mental reset, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward sustainable wellness. Our studio offers small group, individual, and regular classes—led by experienced, supportive practitioners who care deeply about your growth.

You don’t need to be flexible or “ready”—just willing to show up. I’m here to help you reconnect, reset, and find joy in movement again.

  • I first trained in Hatha Yoga in India back in 2017, which led me to spend six months teaching in both India and Sri Lanka. From there, I moved to New Zealand and taught Yoga full time for a year before returning to Asia. I moved back to London just as the pandemic hit and life took a very different turn. I found myself working as a Prison Officer in a Category B male prison -an experience that taught me a huge amount about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of caring for both body and mind. I also trained as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor because I truly believe movement is medicine - it has carried me through the most challenging moments of my life. For me, Pilates is the perfect bridge between yoga and strength training, offering a solid foundation for longevity. My classes are thoughtful and intentional, but also playful and fun. You can expect a mix of mindful movement, a little pulsing, and a little play!
