Our teachers have the experiences to add their own twist from their explorative, spiritual and individual journeys to bring you heart-centred offerings. We offer many different styles of yoga, breathwork, pilates and meditation.

We build our yoga toolkit to take with us off the mat, to help us to be more present and to manage stressful situations. When we have the discipline of self nurture, we can focus more on being positive. This wires our brain to shift into a gear of ‘I am getting it done, no excuses, absolute, non- negotiable’. A declaration to self is the single most important thing you can do for longevity.

Membership includes access to all scheduled classes and come with either 8 or 12 class credits per month

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

Yes! We’re always expanding our offering by bringing in more teachers, class types and timings.

Memberships are highly discounted and therefore require a minimum six month commitment. One month’s notice is required should you feel that a membership is no longer for you (in writing via email).
